People often think or imagine they have some capability. If they are determined and strive hard, goals might be achieved. And the determination is called passion. Many people have passion towards something when they are healthy or everything is fine. However, as things or situations get worsened, they may loose their passion. For example, people who are suffering from blindness may loose passion for life and everything they want to do.

Especially, many blind may become dressed and pessimistic towards life if they have experienced a lot of setbacks or if they can not find something to support their dreams. And the result is- those who can still bear their passion for life and dreams become successful though faced with setbacks; those who give up make their dream a dream forever. Those who can persist will doubtless experience a hard life initially, for everything is strange for them. But all will be fine as time goes by. As for those who give up, their lives might also be changed if they are aided by some people or machines.

In a word, never give up even there is cloudiness; never give up even the Macular Degeneration is coming. Be positive and maintain the passion for life and life will be fine ultimately.
